A reminder to our regular attenders at our monthly free concerts that this month’s is a week late and takes place on Wednesday 11th December at 12.30pm. Free drinks available from 12pm and feel free to bring your lunch.

This month we have Geneviève Usher( Soprano) and Chris Underhill (Piano) who will present Opera, Lieder and Piano solos with a seasonal twist.

Geneviève has sung principal roles in opera, operetta, G & S and oratorio. Chris performs in chamber ensembles and is a regular accompanist for singers. His solo work includes a number of concertos.

The next concert is on the first Wednesday of February.

Our monthly free lunchtime concerts resume this coming Wednesday (February 2nd) following the Christmas break.

This month we welcome Stephen Reck for a concert of classical guitar. Stephen is regarded as one of the foremost players of a new generation of classical guitarists emerging from Ireland. As a soloist he has performed extensively in the UK, Ireland and America. He has received excellent reviews for his popular CD Saudade from Classic FM magazine and American Record Guide.
